Now that Covid 19 is keeping people from enjoying live music in bars and coffee houses, many musicians have been producing shows online for their fans to watch. Thistle is no exception and we are happy to report there was zero interference from trans activists as she performed all of her “forbidden songs” online to a live audience of about 30 people including Madison locals and far-flung fans alike.The show was livestreamed from Thistle’s living room onto the Women’s Liberation Radio News’ FB page and got over 1200 views within a 48 hour period.
We hope that non-interference with Thistle’s public music career is the new normal as people adjust to living with Covid 19 and that this new normal will carry over to her public life after the virus outbreak is over.
